Like many mini laptop models, the wind comes with 1GB of RAM which is more than enough for simple word processing and surfing the net (on Windows XP Home Edition). If you plan multiple tasks, and often do a little more work on this netbook, you can upgrade to 2GB of RAM. For the amount of features and functions that you have received, MSI Wind offers great value for your money.
