5 (4b). Sprint Nextel
Pros:
* Night and weekend start at 7:00 pm, which is 2 hours earlier than other cell phone service company
* Free minutes of incoming calls
* 1-year contract as opposed to the standard 2-year contract (if you have decided to require any agreement is pro)
* Strong business-friendly features - 1 driver of the walkie-talkie technology - a surprisingly useful function
* high speed internet
Cons:
* There are no international plans
* Coverage is not as bulky as Verizon Wireless or AT & T, which inevitably means weaker signals, more dropped calls, echoing, etc.
* Limited / outdated phone selection
* Since the merger in 2005, plans are not as good a job as before the merger
* Post the merger, customer service has declined as they try to be helpful - the end result should be good news for the customer, not a moot point for customer service
* Post the merger, customer service has declined as they try to be helpful - the end result should be good news for the customer, not a moot point for customer service
...Personal experience: Sprint has always had a limited selection of phones, which would, in fact it does not matter. However, as I started relying on my cell phone more and more, I began to worry about the appearance of the phone (the need for specific functions has remained the same). Phone selection is limited and in many cases it is outdated. From my experience with customer service, Sprint (Nextel) is actually # 1 on my list before the merger in 2005, but fell from tada.Služba for pre-merger was excellent - consistent accounts from month to month, credit to the false charges I disputed, and free "loyalty program offers", such as free Internet for six months. Since the merger in 2005, customer service is still trying to be very useful, but it gets to the point where you want to start yelling over the phone because of frustration. Sprint's coverage will be hit or miss if you are traveling, however, if you're just going to town to work and going home in the suburbs, the service will remain consistent for the most part. There is nothing about the price or the types of plans Sprint Nextel, which is really the exception to the international level. In addition, plans to offer the usual variety and benefits to meet your needs.
...Pros:
* Good customer service
* Excellent coverage in the Midwest as they should because they are a regional carrier
* Free incoming calls / SMS messages
* No activation fee on many plans
Cons:
* Poor coverage beyond 25-26 states that U.S. Cellular covers
* a very limited choice of phone, cell phones offer durability concerns
* Be aware of hidden costs
* Add-ons, such as unlimited texting, downloading, etc. can add up quickly
* Limited / outdated phone selection
* If you are downgrading your plan, be absolutely sure of your minute usage, they are not helpful in providing advice, but quickly provide recommendations
* If you go over your minutes, get ready to pay big time
Most U.S. Cellular's customer is satisfied with their customer service. The biggest complaint is the limited range and durability telefone.Pojedinca and families nationwide service plans are the same as others, with the exception that T-Mobile. If you live outside of the 25-26 states that U.S. Cellular covers or travel frequently, and then select any other cell phone service provider. However, if you live in those states that are covered, U.S. Cellular should be taken into account as long as you do not mind the phone and / or seemingly unknown brand (outside the Midwest and the sports world - White Sox ).
3 T-Mobile
Pros:
* cheapest basic individual and the basic family plan of 5 cell phone service providers
* myFaves add-on is a popular and useful
* 1-year contract as opposed to the standard 2-year contract (if you have decided to require any agreement is pro)
* There are many different plans and options - the most flexible of 5 cell phone providers and others offer the best plans and options (Verizon is # 1 in our opinion)
* Excellent reception in some urban areas
* Ease of upgrading / downgrading plans - a breeze with great advice and recommendations of the service, but ...
Cons:
* Poor customer service (special cases) - the worst of the five mobile phone service providers
* Limited phone selection, tends to sell outdated and worse, phones that are no longer in production / remove
* Inconsistent signal / spotty coverage
* Low insurance
* slow Internet
* pesky about "too many roaming"
* pesky about "too many roaming"
2 AT & T
Pros:
* According to coverage before - bridging the gap with Verizon Wireless
* A wide selection of phones - probably the best choice, thanks to the Apple iPhone
* Overall good customer service that helps you and / or solve problems
* The Internet is a fast and reliable
* Of all the phone company mergers, AT & T / Cingular is the largest improvements
* roll-over minutes is an extremely useful feature / benefit that no other company offers - this is standard on all plans
Cons:
* Dropped calls was hit or miss
* Customer service is an absolute joy when you are a buyer or line activation / transfer calls, etc, etc, but when you become a customer, they are useful, but they are impatient
* Since the merger, additional services / supplements have increased (compared to only Cingular), which leads to a rapid build-up costs
Personal Experience: As a current customer AT & T Wireless, I am satisfied. AT & T Wireless had the biggest improvement of all mergers. Their customer service is still lacking compared to Verizon, especially when you become a customer, but I have noticed improvements since the merger. Their choice is probably najbolje.Pokrivenost and admission was consistent in all areas I was. Although I rarely experience dropped calls, this seems to be hit or miss problem with drugima.Jedna thing that really stands out from other companies is the rollover minutes. It has saved me a lot of money in the long run, because the plan I used to have with other carriers allows me to downgrade because of the extra minutes thus saving me money.
1 Verizon Wireless
Pros:
* widest choice of plans and options available than any other mobile phone companies
* According to coverage before - considered the best, but AT & T is to bridge the gap
* large selection of cell phone
* Customer service is the most consistent of all the cell phone companies, although there are inevitable carelessly on
Cons:
* Need to keep an eye on your monthly bills - a mysterious charges appear on invoices
* Customer service is hit or miss, some days you get a great, very great service, other days you want to achieve in your phone and do bad things
* Add-ons can pile up quickly especially the data plans for smartphone
* The most expensive of the five mobile phone companies (factoring in the phones, plans, add-ons, deposits, etc.)
* Blocks certain features on your phone, ex: upload to / from the phone requires the purchase of software and certain Bluetooth features
* If you are upgrading / downgrading plan, they will extend the contract for another two years
Personal experience: I saw "New Verizon" with Alltel, but much as I hate to admit (as a current and satisfied with AT & T customer), Verizon Wireless is the most consistent customer service coverage and reception, and down to select the phone . A great service for the moment was when I accidentally dropped my phone in a puddle of water in completely ruining my phone. I had no insurance, as in fact, I never buy insurance on the phones, but after an hour or two talking cute, they not only replaced the phone, but he rushed to me for free with the next day isporuke.Primjer poor customer service refuses to give in on mysterious charges (over $ 80.00) is worth to say that it will be removed, but never did. I ended up changing providers because of a dispute. This is more than one year to a collection agency contacted me out-of-the-blue, saying, still owed $ 80.00 and as you can imagine, my credit score dropped like a ton of bricks.
